風暴國際成立自1998年，創辦人陳文文為90年代臺灣第一批接觸國際品牌的時尚模特，傳承自身深厚經驗，以精準的眼光提攜模特新秀，企業訴求簡單、專業，自此奠定優雅、有質感的風暴。
風暴國際旗下模特作品以廣告為大宗，無論是在雜誌、平面型錄，平面動態廣告、MV、影劇，皆能見到風暴模特們專業的身影遍地開花。2004年臺灣名模熱時，培育出名模徐晨軒、金禧、唐熒霜，願景持續將臺灣模特的獨特氣質發揚國際。
2018年中國人造纖維及久津實業入股風暴國際，2022年由新團隊接手，正式轉型為綜合型娛樂經紀公司，以彈性應變市場需求，因此風暴提供訓練課程及不設限的表演機會，持續端出不斷進步的專業表演藝術工作者。
能動能靜的風暴在運動領域也提供舞台，2019年成立新北中纖女子排球啦啦隊 Power Me Girls，用活潑的百摺裙及甜美溫暖的笑容，帶動加油的熱烈氣氛，在場邊陪伴球員及球迷共同奮戰，健康、活力的形象，擄獲各個年齡層的心。
